Sven, Kristoff's Reindeer
Sven is Kristoff's best buddy. He was first seen at the beginning of the film playing with Kristoff, they were both young then, and Sven was a young reindeer. They were soon adopted by a group of trolls.
Olaf, the Snowman Who Loves Warm Hugs
Olaf is a snowman that was built by Elsa when she was trying out her powers. Anyway, he mat Anna and Kristoff while the two were travelling towards the place where Elsa went.

Elsa, the Snow Queen
Elsa, is the eldest daughter of the King and Queen of Arendelle. As the eldest, she has to take over the responsibility of taking over the kingdom when both of her parents died on a shipwreck.
Anna, The Bubbly and Naive Princess
Anna, is one of the main protagonist in the movie: "Frozen". She is a bubbly girl who is quite naive when it comes to love. But you can not blame her for being naive, she has been alone for quite a while, only talking to her sister behind the door of her sister's bedroom for years since her accident.
